Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that your copyrighted material has been posted on VFX Bundle, or if links to your copyrighted material appear on our site and you want this material removed, you must provide a written communication that includes the information listed below.

Please note that you may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) if you misrepresent information that is allegedly infringing your copyrights. We recommend consulting an attorney before filing a claim.

However, we are willing to remove file links from our site if requested by the rightful copyright owner. Your copyright infringement claim must include:

• Sufficient contact information, including a valid email address.
• A clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, including at least one search term under which the material appears on our site.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Your physical or electronic signature.
