JPEG glitch is a plugin for After Effects that uses the JPEG compression algorithm to create effects.
Features of the plugin:
-treats each frame as a separate image
-converts it to JPEG format and returns the image in the same format
-all “errors” and glitches are added during the conversion stage
-all “errors” and corrupted bytes remain at the conversion stage, so the plugin only returns “correct” images
